Data and legacy account deletion

Updated 13 October 2026. Current account-free TiTum versions do not create user accounts. You do not need to create an account to use compatible headphone functions.

Optional usage statistics

Open Options → Usage statistics and switch it off. Collection stops immediately. When online, the app requests removal of this installation’s raw usage activity and consent record. Offline requests are retried when internet access returns. Aggregate totals without app IDs remain; a hashed marker is kept for up to 14 days to suppress delayed requests. Turn statistics off before uninstalling because uninstalling alone cannot notify the server.

Firmware Burn Test records

To request removal from the test programme and deletion of its approval/completion records, email info@titum.audio. Include the Burn Test Device ID copied from TiTum Options if available. This ID is separate from optional usage statistics.

Legacy accounts and other information

Older TiTum app versions may still have an account deletion option. You can also email info@titumaudio.com or info@titum.audio with the email address used for the legacy account and your deletion request. Do not send a password. We may verify ownership before handling the request. Removing account features from a new app does not itself delete older account records.
