Help with TiTum on macOS, iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows.

Connect your headphones

Turn on the headphones and pair them in your device’s Bluetooth settings. Open TiTum and check Options for the connection status. Allow Bluetooth or Nearby devices access when your operating system asks. When using the USB DAC for music, keep Bluetooth connected for sound-profile control.

Sound profiles

Choose Transform in Home to change the sound profile. Active shows the selected profile after it is confirmed. Disabled controls indicate that the headphones are not ready or that a compatible firmware version is needed. Original Hardware supports its original six sound profiles.

Firmware updates

Follow the update offered in Options for compatible New Hardware. Keep the app open and the headphones powered while updating. Original Hardware uses a separate firmware family and must not use New Hardware update files. After restarting, reconnect the headphones in system Bluetooth settings if they do not reconnect automatically, then return to TiTum for verification.

Music and playback devices

Select Bluetooth or TiTum UHD DAC in your operating system or music player. TiTum uses Bluetooth to control the headphones; the selected music output is managed by your operating system. If a music player pauses after changing playback devices, check its playback state and press Play as needed.

Privacy and accounts

Current account-free versions do not need a user account or VIP code. Optional usage statistics can be enabled or disabled in Options. Both Accept and Not now allow headphone use.
